Graduation research project

Designed and conducted a factorial in vitro study examining temperature, pH and plant-derived feed additives, with gas, methane-related measures, VFA and endpoint pH as documented outcomes.

Precision-monitoring exposure

Explored electronic animal monitoring, automated feeding, 3D imaging and computer-vision applications through training and field exposure.

Supervised laboratory workflow

Prepared solutions and samples, followed supervised simulated-digestion and incubation steps, and interpreted TPC and FRAP results against standards using 96-well microplate absorbance readings.

Academic diagnostics project

Explored water/eDNA sampling as a surveillance approach, then compared species identification using COI barcoding, BOLD searches, sequence matching and phylogenetic interpretation.
